    Accredited practices carry Essilor’s warranty cover on the lenses they dispense, so a lens that fails is replaced rather than argued over.

    Experts are listed and identified by Essilor, which is how you can tell a genuine accredited counter from a shop that merely stocks the boxes.

    Continuously trained teams

    Accreditation is conditional on ongoing training through Essilor’s programme. Dispensers are re-certified as lens technology changes, not once at the start.

    Experts hold and fit the complete lens catalogue, so the right lens is the one you leave with, not the one that happened to be in stock.

  • The column turns to you and records your natural head posture, not the stiff, raised chin people adopt the moment they are being measured.

  • We measure in real 3D where your eye actually pivots, so the lens is built around your eye rather than a population average.

  • Lens designs and coatings are shown to you on the screen, so you know what a coating does before you decide whether you want it.

Every measurement is taken here at the counter, by dispensers certified across the Essilor portfolio, and sent with your order. Nothing is estimated, and nothing is sent out to be guessed at.

04 How a lens is chosen

    Essilor’s progressive range. One lens carrying distance, intermediate and near vision, cut to the exact geometry of your frame and your face.

  2. CrizalAnti-reflective coatings

    Coatings that cut glare and reflection, resist smudging and scratching, and keep the lens clear rather than merely clean.
